For $129, you get access to 8 classes to use over 29 dayat any of our studio locations in Newcastle. We pride ourselves on being small group Reformer Pilates specialists. Our technically trained and experienced instructors don’t just teach textbook moves but bring their own personality and specialised skills to their classes and will be with you every step of the way to inspire, encourage and assist you throughout your workout.
Reformer Pilates is the most effective workout to transform not only your body but your life. It does everything!
If this is your first class, you should:
Arrive ten minutes early so we can acquaint you with the studio and how to use the Reformer Bed
If you have any injuries or concerns, your instructor can assist you on the day
All you need to bring is yourself and a water bottle! We provide sweat towels and chilled water.
If this is your first time doing Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with a Control class.
