TPS GOES ON RETREAT
We’re taking everything you love about TPS and bringing it to Bali.
Expect five nights of our signature TPS classes and daily movement, mixed with slow mornings, long lunches, ocean swims, recovery sessions, cocktails in the sun and plenty of time to make the most of everything Komune has to offer.
Come on your own or bring a friend. Come for every session or snooze the alarm. Spend the afternoon exploring or claim a spot by the pool. Meet like-minded people, move your body, eat ridiculously good food and have nowhere else you need to be.
Do as much or as little as you like. This is your retreat.

Five nights at beautiful Komune Resort, with plenty of time built in to actually enjoy where you are! Think long lunches, incredible food, pool time, surfing, or time to participate in the resort's other pamper and fitness sessions.
If you feel like venturing out, there’s plenty of time to explore more of Bali too.
Or do none of the above and stay firmly planted by the pool.

We’ll balance all that movement with plenty of time for both body and mind to properly switch off!
You will get the option to join a guided sound bath, two Recovery Room sessions including sauna, ice baths + cold plunge, and a 1hr Balinese massage included in your package

Want a little more? Komune has plenty to choose from in your free time.
Surf the famous Keramas break, book an extra spa or beauty treatment, join one of Komune’s daily yoga, meditation or fitness classes, hit the gym or 25m training pool, or add in a little more recovery.
If you’re ready to venture beyond the resort, there are also plenty of Bali experiences to choose from, including surf lessons, Mt Batur hikes, snorkelling and diving, temple visits, cooking classes, rice paddy bike tours and more.
We’ll also be planning an optional mid-week adventure for the group. More details on that one to come.
