This year, we’ve taken everything you loved and levelled it up with weekly nutrition goals, more connection, and an even better overall experience.
What to expect
From May 4 to June 15, you’ll build consistency, mix up your routine, and actually feel the difference.
After 6 weeks, expect to feel stronger, more flexible, more energised, and more confident in your body.
This isn’t about punishment. It’s about showing up for yourself and feeling good doing it.

Complete 24 reformer classes in 6 weeks.
Each week, you’ll practise a signature Pilates move to build strength, flexibility, and confidence, one class at a time. We’ll encourage you to mix up your classes, instructors, and studios so things stay fresh, fun, and challenging.

Feel good from the inside out with Dietitian Ruby
This year, we’re bringing in a more holistic approach combining movement with nutrition to help you feel your best from every angle.
Led by our instructor and dietitian Ruby, you’ll receive:
A weekly nutrition focus and goal
Simple, realistic habits you can actually stick to
Ongoing guidance and support throughout the challenge
Access to our Feel Good Nutrition Night — a relaxed evening of Q&A, connection, food, and good vibes

Can beginners join?
Absolutely. We love having beginners join the Feel Good Challenge, it’s one of the best ways to build consistency and confidence in your routine.
Our classes are designed to be accessible, with many of our sessions (especially Control) being open level, meaning they’re suitable for all experience levels.
You’ll be guided every step of the way and encouraged to move at your own pace.
How does the Challenge work?
The goal is simple: complete 24 classes in 6 weeks.
You can schedule your classes however you like across the challenge period, but we strongly recommend aiming for 4 classes per week to help build consistency and momentum.
Each week, you’ll also be working towards a signature Pilates move, giving you the opportunity to practise and improve across 6 key reformer exercises.
What about the nutrition component?
This year, we’ve added a nutrition focus to support how you feel both in and out of the studio.
Each week, you’ll receive:
A simple nutrition goal to work towards
Practical tips to help you build sustainable habits
You’ll also be invited to our Feel Good Nutrition Night on the 8th of May— a relaxed evening with our instructor and dietitian Ruby, where you can:
Ask questions
Learn more about fuelling your body
Connect with other challengers
Do I have to do certain classes?
No, we want you to enjoy your time in the studio and choose classes that motivate and inspire you.
We offer a range of class styles designed to suit different moods, goals, and experience levels.
We do recommend mixing up your classes to create a well-rounded routine and get the most out of the challenge.
What classes should I be doing?
Here’s a suggested weekly structure based on your experience level (this is just a guide):
Beginner:
3 x Control, 1 x StretchIntermediate:
1 x Burn, 1 x Jump or Strength, 1 x Stretch, 1 x Control or AssetsAdvanced:
1 x Burn, 1 x Strength, 1 x Jump, 1 x Control or Stretch
(or swap a Burn for Assets)By the end of the challenge, we encourage you to step outside your comfort zone and try more advanced classes this is where the magic happens.
Do I have to attend 4 classes each week?
No,your classes are yours to schedule however you like across the 6 weeks.
This gives you flexibility to work around your lifestyle, work, and commitments.
We do recommend planning your weeks in advance and aiming for consistency to help you complete all 24 classes.
What happens if I miss a class?
If you miss a class, don’t stress you can still stay on track.
You’ll have the option to purchase an additional class at a discounted rate of $20 to help you make up your numbers and work towards completing all 24 classes.
If you’re on an unlimited membership, you can also purchase extra classes at the same discounted rate if needed.
How do I win the prize?
Complete all 24 classes within the 6-week challenge period and you’ll go into the draw to win the Feel Good Prize Pack.
